Indiana tobacco distributors are required to file CT-19 in XML Monthly

For reporting of returned products transactions, indicate a negative value in the Cigarettes/RYO section for the Month in which the return to the manufacturer occurs. If you need to amend a previously filed CT-19 report, file an entire replacement of the original CT-19. Do not submit the changed items. If you have any questions, you may contact the DOR Special Tax Division at (317) 615-2710, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. EST or via email to
