Wyoming AG Tobacco Tax Reporting Changes Dec, 1 2017

Effective Dec 2017, the Wyoming Attorney General Office will no longer accept older forms. The new form is available on AG website tobacco-settlement-unit

Note, If tobacco wholesaler affixed a tax stamp on a cigarette package but not yet sold that package to a retailer in the state, the stick count for that package must be reported in the wholesaler report for the month that the wholesaler affixed a stamp. In the section regarding unstamped NPM products, report the stick count (or ounces for RYO) for all unstamped (non tax-paid) packages which have been distributed to Wyoming retailers or consumers. This includes unstamped cigarettes and RYO sold to a person or retailer located within the boundaries of the Wind River Reservation.
